Shipping & Returns

General Information

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchange, or issue refunds. All our products are made in small batches for our customers. Therefore, please be aware that all sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

If you have received a shipping notification, then your package(s) has already been processed and cannot be cancelled. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you placed your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Locations

Simplicity Body and Mind is a Canadian based company.

Domestic shipping is based on carrier rates at the time of shipping. Rates are approximately $13.00 for Standard shipping and $18.00 for Expedited shipping. Rates are subject to change without notice. We offer free shipping for purchases of $60 or over.

International Shipping available upon request (Please note that Duty Fees may apply. Customers are responsible for paying duty for their parcels).

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

For customers in our local area (Toronto and GTA), orders will typically arrive within 3 to 5 days. For orders being shipped to the rest of Ontario, orders will take approximately 1 to 2 weeks to arrive. For customers in other provinces within Canada, orders will take approximately 2 to 3 weeks to arrive, and for customers in the USA, orders will take approximately 3 weeks to arrive. Please note that these are estimates and delivery times may vary based on factors such as postal delays or the availability of items. Thank you for choosing our store for your shopping needs.

Incorrect Shipping Information

The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We do not adjust mailing address. So please verify that you have entered the correct address before finalizing your order. Once shipped we will not be responsible for the wrong address.

If a package is returned to Simplicity Body and Mind due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Simplicity Body and Mind is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer; no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

Delivery Time 

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 5 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Tracking order number will be provided for each order.

Please note we do not ship on Sundays, holidays, or statutory holidays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Damaged Items in Transport

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We may replace the entire order if the product(s) is damaged during shipping. Unused product should be returned after contacting our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery to receive instructions. If your package arrives damaged, and products have spilled we will open a ticket with the carrier and replace your damaged goods. Photos and or video is required showing the damage product(s) and spillage.

Simplicity Body and Mind is not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the product(s) are damaged/defective upon arrival, or materially different from what was ordered.
